 What happens when this reaches 19.53MB? Is that the maximum amount allowed for a user to upload via attachments, or does it not have anything to do with EC at all? |

It's the maximum amount of attachment space. I assume when you reach it you can't post anymore. They can all be deleted though.

It's an error, what you need to do to sort it out is to delete a folder that EC sometimes causes to become corrupt, it's in the Windows folder, and it's called System32. Problem sorted, you'll have unlimited uploads.
