Tate smirked and patted Shiro on the shoulder. "That's my boy! See, all of the little "trouble makers" are totally going to overpower you goody goodies."
After Shiro left, he watched the silver haired lady enter the house, then leave again. "Hmm?" He murmured, then realized what Emily had said. "Oh, yeah. I suppose so. Nobody my age though."
He frowned. Not even the son looked his age. Then he sighed. Oh well.
"She doesn't have a husband? How sad. I wonder what happened." He thought aloud, shoving his hands in his pockets as he watched the two curiously and cautiously. Then Natsume looked directly at Shiro. A smirk appeared on his face. "Huh. I don't think that was Shiro's fault. There's something odd about that boy. Maybe he's one of those psychic kids, you know? That can see and talk to the dead. Interesting.."
Vivian smiled a bit at Natsume as she read his note and saw the look on his face. "Go ahead, dear. I'll get our things. Get your fill and wear yourself out, because we don't get beds until tomorrow."
She began pulling things out of the car, getting her hands and arms as full as possible. This house is so odd, she thought. I know I had this feeling last time.. But it wasn't so.. strong. She began walking to the house and stumbled a bit, dropping boxes on the ground. "Oh! Shit.." She muttered, bending down and picking things up.
"Need some help?" Luna asked, smiling a little as she helped Vivian pick up things.
"Oh! T-thank you so much." She said, surprised by the generosity this random stranger was giving.
Luna carried in some of the boxes in the house and gently set them on the floor. "Oh, I'm sorry. I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Luna. I live next door." She said, smiling politely.
"I'm Vivian." She smiled back. "Thank you again for the help. It's lovely to meet you.." Her sentence trailed off as the look on Luna's face changed.
Tate was standing behind Vivian with a big, mischievous smile on his face.
Go. Away. Luna thought at him, jerking her head slightly to the side.
"Um.. are you.. okay?" Vivian asked hesitantly, turning around to look at what she was staring at. There was nothing there.
"Oh, yeah. Uh, sorry. I just saw a spider hanging from the ceiling. I'm terrified of spiders." She lied smoothly. "Do you mind if I use the bathroom real fast? Then I'll be out of your hair."
"Sure! Go right ahead. Though I don't really remember.." Before Vivian finished her sentence, Luna was going up the stairs.
"Tate, are you freaking kidding me?" She hissed in the empty hallway.
"Come on, sis. I was only having fun." He appeared behind her and whispered it in her ear. She jumped.
"Do you know how sketched out she would be if she just saw random people in the house? As much as I hate when people are living in this house, if nobody does, it'll eventually get torn down."
"Yeah, Rudy was going on about that earlier." He muttered, pouting a bit.
"Behave yourself. I don't want you to chase these people out of the house."
A Horror Story Uh.. yeah. Horror roleplay anyone? c:

Giving Vivian his best 'thank you' smile, Natsume hurried off up the stairs, giving the living room one last, wary look. If there was someone in there, his mother would have seen them, by now...They had to be the strange people only he could see. And, they never caused any harm, as long as he ignored them.
There were too many rooms to choose from...Well...since he was here first, this would be the perfect opportunity to choose a bedroom before Lorelei. He chose a door, and crept inside. The room was twice as big as his old bedroom, and had an excellent view of the back garden. As he made his way over to the window, he heard voices outside the room, and stopped, silently going back to the door to hear better.
He opened the door as far as he dared, and frowned at the two people in the corridor. There's people living here, who want to drive us out? he thought, thoroughly confused by that. But, why?...Who are they? And why hasn't my mother seen them, yet?
As he attempted to figure it all out, he took another step, pushing the door a little further to get a better look at their faces. And the floorboard creaked, loudly. He let out a startled sound, and pressed his hand to his mouth, hastily closing the door again.
Emily was worried. If that kid could see them, then she could see Shiro, and possibly even Tate and Rudy feeling threatened by it. Shiro wouldn't want to hide all the time. This was his house, according to him.

"I'm not going to chase them out of the house!" Tate hissed at her, his glaring eyes fixing intensely on her.
Luna took a step back and put her hands up. "Whoa, whoa. Calm down, Tate. You know how bad it turns out when you act like.. well, you know."
Tate took a deep breath then scratched the back of his head awkwardly. "Yeah, sorry. I.." He froze and turned around slowly when he heard a loud floor board creak behind them. Then he turned back around and looked at Luna, smirking a bit.
"Tate, leave it alone." She warned, now glaring at him.
"I bet I know who it is, too."
Luna's glare intensified. "Stop it!" But, Tate had disappeared.
Tate appeared behind Natsume, a smirk on his face. "Having fun? You know it's not nice to eavesdrop."
Vivian looked up the stairs warily. Luna had been upstairs for a long time.
"Luna, is everything okay?" She called up the stairs. She could've sworn she had heard people talking.
Luna turned around quickly and began walking down the stairs. "Oh, yeah. I'm sorry. I got a phone call from work."
"Oh.. Okay." Vivian replied, setting down the rest of her and Natsume's things. She hoped that Lorelei was going to arrive soon. She hated when she drove long distances by herself.
"Well, you probably have a lot to do, so I'll go ahead and go. Maybe I'll see you some other time?"
"Of course! You can come over and visit whenever you'd like." Vivian said, smiling warmly. She quite liked Luna. She seemed like a sweet girl.
Luna genuinely smiled back. "Thank you. I'll make sure to come keep you company sometime soon." Then, she left and went back to her house.
Vivian watched Luna close the door behind her then grabbed a box labeled "kitchen" and went off into the kitchen. She began pulling out cups, plates and pots, then stopped. She could really do for a cup of tea. So, she filled up her favourite porcelain teapot and put it on the stove, then sat down at the table, tapping her fingers lightly on the table.

Natsume froze when he heard a voice behind him. He gasped, and slowly turned to face the person who was standing behind him...That was impossible. It was the same guy who had been talking just outside the room...And, also, no one would have been able to hide in this room without being seen, straight away. There was no way that guy could be standing there...
Panicking, he backed away from Tate, trying to find the handle on the door behind him. But, the expression on Tate's face was too distracting. Unable to open the door, Natsume kicked out at him, using the extra time to write "Leave!" on the note pad, tear out the page, and throw it at him. He turned, and finally managed to opening the door, hurrying out of the room.

Tate was having fun, until Natsume kicked him in the shin. "Ow! You little fuck.." He growled, about to grab at him until Natsume threw a note at him.
He read it, then he smiled. "Cat got your tongue?" He began laughing as Natsume ran out of the room.
"This is going to be fuun."
Vivian hopped out of her seat when she heard running upstairs.
"Natsume? Honey, are you alright?" She called, walking quickly over to the staircase. What could he possibly be running from? They were the only ones in this house.. And she didn't think he was scared of bugs or anything.

Natsume ran down the corridor as fast as he could, and reached the top of the stairs. I can't lead him to where my mum is...he thought, afraid the guy would try to hurt her. When he saw Vivian at the bottom of the stairs, he forced a smile, and ran off again in the other direction, looking for another room to hide in.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?" Emily demanded, blocking Tate's path, her arms folded again. "I thought I just got through telling you not to scare them...Just what do you think you're playing at? This is cruel, even for you!...Now they're probably going to leave!"
"Let them go," Shiro shrugged, appearing behind her. "They don't seem fun, anyway...Is it my turn?" He added the last part with an evil smile.
But Emily threw out her arm to stop him moving. "Both of you, cut it out, right now!" she hissed dangerously.
Shiro scowled. His eyes drifted to the note, and the anger in his expression deepened. "They want us to leave?" That did it. These people were his instant enemies.

Tate smirked over at Shiro then looked back at Emily. "What are you gonna do?" Tate cooed. "Kill us?"
He chuckled then watched Natsume run back the other way. "Oh well. I don't want to give the little tike a heart attack anyway. He's a bit too young to die. I guess I should let him live a little longer!"
Of course, Tate was teasing. He wasn't going to kill Natsume or even try. "But if Shiro thinks that he shouldn't be around any longer, then he can be my guest."
He crossed his arms and looked between Emily and Shiro, an amused expression on his face.
Vivian's worry increased as Natsume ran the other way. "Natsume!" She called, running up the stairs. She walked down the hallway slowly and looked around. Something felt wrong. "Are you okay? Where are you?"
"He's in that room down the hall.." She heard a faint, whispery voice say to her.
Vivian jumped. Where was that voice coming from? She looked around, but continued down the hall and opened a door with a terrified looking Natsume inside of it. "What's wrong? You look like you've seen a ghost!"

Rudy appeared in the room, standing beside Emily holding the bottom of his shirt again.
"Now that was out of orderr, maate. I mean, really, now, not necessary, was iit. Theey've only just moved in, for a start, leave alone that he's a kid." he heard someone coming up the stairs outside the closed door, and stuck his head through, invisible to whoever would be the other side. He saw a woman, looking worried and flustered. She was looking for the child.
"He's in that room down the hall." he whispered to her, removing his head when she turned and moved toward the room the child had run to.
"Now, look, see, tht kid's clearly something other than why we've 'ad before, I mean he looked straaight at us all. But first thing 'e did wan't'nt to, eerr, investigaate, now was it? 'E's clearly lookin' to ignore us, so I say let's let 'im." he looked at Tate. "Withaaht terrorisin' a child 'oo ain't come to grips with whatever 'e's 'avin t'deal with. Let's just give them time t'settle, at least? Right?"

Tate shook his head at Rudy. "Come on, I thought at least you had a sense of humour." He criticized. "Besides, obviously the kid can defend himself. He kicked me straight in the leg! The little bugger is quite strong too." He frowned, looking down at his still throbbing shin.
Tate huffed after Rudy's little speech at him. "Fine, fine." He muttered, clearly aggravated. "It's not like I was trying to hurt him, anyway. I just wanted to talk." He crossed his arms and made himself invisible, walking down the hall to where Vivian and Natsume was.
He leaned against the door frame, watching the two curiously. He sighed; maybe Rudy and Emily were actually right. They both seemed nice at least.. Besides, they weren't really that interesting to Tate anyway. He frowned as he watched Vivian basically baby Natsume. He began to get jealous. Not because of Vivian or Natsume, but because he wanted love like that. His mother never treated him like that.
He crossed his arms and walked down the hall, going down the stairs and went into the kitchen. He chuckled once at the whistling tea pot on the stove then got up and took it off, setting it on the other side of the stove. Then, he sat down, resting his chin in his hand.

Emily narrowed her eyes at Tate, instinctively feeling protective over the boy. She smiled at Rudy. "Sometimes I think you're the only one who isn't completely hopeless," she muttered.
Shiro leaned against the wall, considering what Tate had said. Humans who dared using violence against ghosts deserved more than a little scaring, he decided, but decided not to say it out loud...Emily and Rudy would probably freak out at him. "I feel like I have no privacy, anymore," he grumbled. "Whether it wants to ignore us or not, it wont be able to completely...And then, there's the mother. Even if we stay out of her way, she might try to have us exorcised or something if her kid keeps stopping to look at things that aren't there." He raised his hands in defence, realizing he was outnumbered now Tate had left the room. "But, I promise I'll leave them alone for now." Unless an opportunity arises that I can't pass up.
Natsume jumped when Vivian opened the door, but calmed down when he saw it was her. He wondered whether she would believe him, if he wrote the reply, but it was probably dangerous not to. She really loves this house, though...he thought sadly, as he began to write. But then, he saw the guy standing in the doorway. He wasn't trying to harm them.
Confused, but slightly relieved, he tore out the page and screwed it up, before forcing a smile, and reaching out to lightly tap Vivian on the arm. "Tag!" he wrote, with a cheerful looking smiley face next to the word. He hoped his mother wouldn't be annoyed...He had worried her a lot, after all.

Do you mind if I join? I understand I'm young and new to this acount, but I've been roleplaying for years. And I've had two other acounts on EC. I'm just terribly forgetful and forgot my passwords
But I would love to join as this RP looks very interesting. And for the fun of it, on the slight chance that I'll be approved, I already made a character bio : ) so I'd be able to post it soon after. Thanks in advance!
