So my hair is finally growing back out and I'm getting back into the habit of dying it every couple weeks... but in the past, I would dye my hair a certain colour, until I got bored of it, and then I would cut out that portion of my hair and rebleach other parts of my hair.

This time, I have the bleach up to the roots and I don't feel like waiting another couple months before I dye it a different colour; It's currently green, and I want to go turquoise or bright pink. My hair has already faded to a weed-looking colour, I'm just not sure what to do at this point - use a colour stripper? Bleach my hair again to get rid of the remaining colour? I probably need it to be even lighter to get it to be blue or pink anyway, I'm just concerned about my hair breaking and whatnot. It's fairly sturdy as it is, but I've never re-bleached my hair before.

Any advice?

I'd say go with blue as it's a logical progression from green. I'm not an expert but if your hair has already faded a lot like you say, i'd suggest you get a toner (orangey/red shades I think to combat green hair) to tone down the colour and then MAYBE give it a gentle bleach bath (mix bleach with conditioner) and leave it on for a little while to just lighten it up a little without doing too much damage to your hair. If it's already faded to a lightish green your hair will probably just have a green tint, so it'll go more turquoise than blue but it should still look good and the dye should still come out well. Then don't condition, dry with a blow dryer and use the hair dye straight after (I use special effects Electric blue and love it) as the hair will be porous and the dye will take to it more easily and last a lot longer too. THEN condition it after colouring. (I'm sure you knew the last bit anyway but I thought i'd throw it in there)

I definitely wouldn't take this for law though, but it's the least harmful way, it might not be the most effective however.

wouldn't recommend bleaching again. I was platinumish blonde, dyed my hair red-brown, and bleached again about a month later, my hair's pretty much in bits now and I have to wait for it all to grow out before I can go as light as I'd like, my hair's a sort of medium blonde now and I want to go white blonde with a violet tint. :( my hair is boring now because I didn't wait and that makes me sad.
