What is wrong with me! I get into these moods sometimes where I just can't care about anything or anyone. I just sit there staring into space wishing that something would just fall on me or I would just drop dead. I can't help it. From what I know nothing really causes it. It just happens. It has happened for over a year now and I really want it to stop. I am really happy usually. But I don't know. Please anyone help

It happens to everyone at times. The best way to get through it is just to try and remember the good things, like Varg.

Nothing's wrong with you, but you're probably really bored without realizing it. Keep your mind occupied and challenged, and you won't have time to wallow in indifference. Get a hobby.

Yeah and to be honest they're just moods. everybody gets moody now and then, but you have to keep your mind strong and not let it prevent you from doing things.

Sometimes we let things in our collective subconscious just chill whilst we're occupied, but when there isn't anything directly keeping your mind at bay, they creep into your conscious flow.

IMO, I don't think that pushing them out of your mind helps long-term. I believe it to be more beneficial to learn the feelings and deal with them, especially if you've been dealing with them for about a year. Though I suppose that hanging out with people that make you happy would prevent these feelings from coming out.

Stay happy, kid.

If you don't think anything in particular is causing it you probably have clinical depression, you should see a psychologist.
